Senior Portraits
I absolutely love shooting at Harkness State Park, and this particular September evening was gorgeous. Taylor is taking her senior year in stride, although it looks very different than she anticipated. I wish her all the luck in the world as she graduates from the Marine Science Magnet School in the spring and heads off to school next fall.
I’m revisiting one of my favorite senior sessions that I have done. We headed to Harkness Memorial Park about an hour before golden hour because of the beautiful old buildings, stone walls, gardens, and pathways. Then we took a walk down to the beach, and she got a little more comfortable as we continued the shoot while the sun was setting.
What I love about this session is that she was so relaxed, so she displays confidence and both inner and outer beauty in each image. I also love how she chose her outfits for the shoot. Elegant and classy for the gardens, and then casual and fun for the beach location.
